customers. The footwear merchandise must be in its original packaging, unworn, and without damage in order to receive credit for possible merchandise exchange
up to equal value of the returned footwear merchandise including the receipt (sales invoice). No footwear merchandise over 7 business days from the date
of receipt by the customer is eligible for exchange- no exceptions. Footwear merchandise reviewed for exchanges may be subject to disapproval of exchange
based on company's discretion. Jewelry and handbag sales are all final- no exchanges, no exceptions. Shipping is always free for customers residing in the United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and/or Puerto Rico).
